Ok, fair comment. But...
Developers need users too, I don't have the skills to write the code but
I'm happy to be a user, accept the short comings of the product as it
develops and provide feedback to the developer community. This is far more
valuable to the developer than just trying it, seeing the lack of table
support and going over to staroffice or openoffice without saying anything.
I fully understand and accept the open source paradigm and that is why I
posted, to provide useful feedback to the developers about requirements.
I don't "expect" them to drop everything and do table support for nix,
thus why I posted to the abiword *user* list and not directly to the
developers. I was simply trolling to see if other users think that table
support is important or whether I'm alone in this requirement.
