exessive top margin

When I print from Abiword 2.0.1, which I run on RedHat Linux 8.0, the
top margin is about 3 inches even though "Page Setup" is configured with
a one-inch margin. OpenOffice prints normally.

Is this a bug? How can I make Abiword give my documents the one-inch top
margin I have called for in "Page Setup"?
