    AbiWord uses fontconfig to find its fonts. So the
    answer is "install the fonts wherever fontconfig can
    find them, or point fontconfig in the right
    direction."

    Yeah, but FontConfig will remap that to something like
    "Nimbus Roman 9L", which is really the same font, but
    without a copyrighted/trademarked name.
