Sorry not to be clear. I wrote my note immediately after
using the nightlydownloader. The version is listed as
CVS-HEAD without any build info. The check version menu
option does not give me any version info either.

Again sorry: I guessed the printing problem wd be a FAQ with
an obvious answer. (I'm new to AbiWord.) The problem is
with the printed letter spacing.
AbiWord prints the document with the inter-character spacing
too big (and as a result does not fit to the page).
Linespacing looks probably ok.

I do not use Office XP.
I usually print to HP LaserJet 6L. But I tried printing
instead to Acrobat Distiller (version 5). I still see the
letter spacing problem: the document is printed with letter
spacing different from that with which it is displayed.
So I backed off to version 1.0.4 and printing is OK.

PS I just noticed that copy and paste are not working in the
nightly download version. Or rather I noticed that paste is
not working: 'copy' copies to the clipboard but 'paste' does
not paste the clipboard into the document.
