1.0.4 crashes on printing with TT fonts

    I have managed to get 1.0.4 installed on Mandrake 9.0 from source and connected
    it up to my ex-Windows TT fonts. All seems to work OK on screen but when I go
    to print Abi crashes with the following message:

    /usr/local/bin/abiword: line 67: 16984 Segmentation fault (core dumped)
    $ABISUITE_LIBEXEC/AbiWord_d "$@"

    I seem to remember having this trouble with 1.0.3 and was told to disable 'Embed
    fonts'. However, I cannot find that option on the print dialogue. Can anyone
    help please?
