    I'm fairly positive the answer to those questions is no. This, along
    with moveable toolbars, would be a good RFE for bugzilla, though, as I'm
    sure others (self included) would want those features. Theoretically,
    poster could hack together something with dead keys and some sort of
    scripting or macro language, though I would not know how to go about that.
