    The problem with printout size has been nailed down and fixed, and if
    I'm not mistaken, it will be in the next 2.0.x stable release, which
    furthermore I believe is soon. (Let me check with the developer's list
    on that...)

    A workaround is to search the Internet for a copy of 1.99.6 to use for
    printing only. Admittedly, this is a hack, as that is a development
    version, but it is useable for correctly-sized printouts in a hurry. If
    this is not a "rush-job" sort of thing, keep watching Abisource.com for
    2.0.2, which should include it. (My developer preview (CVS, if you're
    familiar with it) includes the fix to this bug. If you do need this
    quickly, and if I don't get chewed out by the developers for doing this,
    I can privately email you a copy of this pre-version.)

    Could you elaborate more on the image problem? Is it a certain format
    of image, only when you resize, only certain justifications, or what?
    Please try to figure out as precisely as you can when the images don't
    print, and how they don't print (is there just a big white space where
    they should be? Does the text fill in where they should be?). Any
    information you can provide us with about this problem will help us fix
    this problem and help you.
