Formatting failures with v2.0.0 and v2.0.1

Do the following work for anybody?
(Sorry for the inaccurate menu point names, I'm translating them back to
English from Hungarian. I hope they are identifyable.)

Format => Paragraph... => Line and Page Break tab => Keep lines together

Format => Paragraph... => Line and Page Break tab => Together with the
                                                        following

Format => Paragraph... => Line and Page Break tab => New Page

I was trying to use them to make a passage headline at the bottom
of the page get attached to the following text, which is what I
believe at least one of them is for, but they simply had no effect
at all. I tried it both with v2.0.0 under Linux and with the v2.0.1
official Windows build. I tried both selecting the line and simply
putting a cursor on it. Is there any trick that needs to be applied?
