There are some problems being ironed out at the moment, Abiword 2.0 is not
yet available for Windows.
Unofficial Answer:
There are some problems being ironed out at the moment, some Abiword 2.0
binaries are available for Windows from the same places where nightly and
testing builds can be found. I could dig up a link for you but if you
dont already use the unstable or testing builds you probably should wait
until Abiword 2.0 is officially released for windows.
