Thanks.
I downloaded enchant-1.1.3-100.SuSE.ulb.2.i586.rpm from dependencies section,
and yes, now it appears the spellchecker dialog.
However, I still cannot spellcheck. Any word is unknown.
I even followed Dom advise:
-----------
2) Install Ispell or Myspell dictionaries in a place
Enchant will look for them. This includes:
~/.enchant/ispell
~/.enchant/myspell
$prefix/share/enchant/ispell
$prefix/share/enchant/myspell
-------
Tried the four combinations without success.
cp -r /usr/lib/ispell/ /usr/lib/enchant/
cp -r /usr/share/myspell/ /usr/lib/enchant/
cp -r /usr/lib/ispell/ /home/alex/.enchant/
cp -r /usr/share/myspell/ /home/alex/.enchant/
What would be missing?
