"Times New Roman" is only installed with Internet Exploder. This is one
of the big issues that I haven't taken the time to fix beside a half
assed patch in Cocoa build.
Internet Exploder gets installed by default install, but if you choose
customize, it might not be (which I really understand, I myself don't).
