Windows printing in 2.1.3 is in an unfortunate state. Odd spacing and
font problems (switched to Courier) are known.

However, the problem regarding the character shifting is unusual. Try
using PDFCreator (find it at sf.net) and try again, since this is what I
and a few of the other Windows people test with. Let us know if the
problem still occurs, and if it does, file a bug after checking for dupes.
