The manual, located online at abisource.com, might provide some help
with your tables questions. Specifically, this page
http://www.abisource.com/help/en-US/howto/howtotables.html has a brief
tables how-to.

There is no pre-existing labels template that can provide what you want,
however, you could insert a table matching the layout of your label
paper, or, for a single label per sheet (less likely), you can simply
change the page size in Format, Document (or File, Page Setup).

If you are using GNOME (not Windows or Mac), there is a program called,
I believe, "GLabels" that works well for this purpose.
