WYSIWIG Printing on Windows ... oh dear :(

Many bug reports in bugzilla and many variations for all different kinds
of printers. If you are lucky there might be a workaround but I
wouldn't count on it. (Standard advice about using a recent stable
version of Abiword applies of course.)
