Thanks. That's a possibility. She has OO, Wordpad, and MS Works on her
system. My client and I will have to have a talk. I haven't convinced
her that basic word processing skills are pretty much the same
regardless of the program.

I guess that wasn't too clear :)

A keypress sequence (for example Ctrl+A) performs a specific function
when performed in MS Word. Could that same keypresss sequence executed
in AbiWord cause AW to crash? You wouldn't be doing the sequence in MS
Word.
