The plug-in was disabled a while back due to a conflict with another
plug-in (http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=9420).
Unfortunately, it hasn't been packaged since that report was filed, and
I'm not sure when it will be packaged again. If you don't mind using an
older version of AbiWord, I think 2.2.10 included the Psion plug-in;
you can download it from http://www.abisource.com/downloads/abiword/2.2.10/Windows/.
