Register AbiWord in the "New file" submenu of Windows Explorer

Hi,

it seems that the installer program does not register AbiWord in the
"New file" submenu of the Windows Explorer right-button-click-menu.
.
That's why I had to do the following by hand.
In the registry I added in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
   .awt

the key "ShellNew"
with sub-key "FileName" with value
"C:\programs\AbiSuite2\templates\a4.awt".

(According to the instructions in:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/shellcc/platform/shell/programmersguide/shell_basics/shell_basics_extending/context.asp

B.t.w. this Mini-HowTo was not that easy to find).

It would be helpful (especially for technically less interested users)
to add these registry entries automatically - if the corresponding
additional configuration option is selected during the installation dialog.
