Database Publishing with AbiWord?

Hello,

does anyone do Database Publishing with AbiWord? How suitable is it for this
kind of work?

I.e. "building" long, strongly structured documents semi-automatically out of
blocks of structured text that need to be formatted as well as lots of
numbers ans short strings that need to be filtered and processed to be filled
lots of page-long into human-readable tables, the textblocks, strings and
numbers all being stored in a database for easy maintenance...
