I hate to be snide, but Andy and I seemed to have no
problems with it, and I have no apriori knowledge of
your ML question-asking habits.
Googling "gtk font change" returns hits like:

I was only trying to be helpful there, pointing you in
a potentially fruitful direction. If you'd read those
pages, you would have seen that they had a lot of what
might be considered "user-level" documentation,
assuming a fairly astute Linux user. I assumed that
you were one, since you obviously know something about
XIntrinsics/Motif theming. You can lead a horse to
water, but you can't make him drink.
So, how about documentation located in something
called "a user's guide" instead?

It's only hopeless because you choose to make it so.
One could always run (free|ms)dos + WordPerfect 6
inside of a VMWare or Xen instance if one were so
inclined. Or even dosemu might work. YMMV.
Best,
Dom
