This was just an extension for the DocBook plugin, and it has been
removed because nobody uses it and it was buggy. DocBook has been
improved lately.
But I would NOT recommend using AbiWord to edit DocBook XML anyway.

The source is there (it is not platform specific) and I think it is
build on the Mac (can't check that right now).
