I do not believe they are available, though you can either write your
own plugin if you feel rather handy with code, or you could create a
template containing the disclosure, which I think would probably be a
much more satisfactory solution. You'd create a "blank" document with
the disclosure, save it as an AbiWord Template (.awt) file, then put it
in the appropriate location (which I'm not sure of on the Mac).
