All the dependencies come from here:
http://abisource.com/downloads/dependencies/
Make sure you're using those versions. (When there is a "runtime" file,
you only need that one. You do not need the Devel files)

Are you sure you were connected to the internet while running the
installers? Ideally having the installer place them in the appropriate
places would be best.
