Re: Header and Footer

As I suspected (and have verified with an experiment), a continuous
section break also changes all headers/footers after the break. It's
essentially like starting a new document mid-page (or mid document).
Here's what I'd recommend:
Insert your heading (logo/etc) into the top of the letterhead in the body.
Then, after your heading, choose Insert - Break - Continuous Section,
and type whatever you like after the section break. (to make a
template, just type a word or two).
Then, between your heading and your section break (the little Paragraph
button to show formatting marks is handy here) insert footer, and enter
your footer info.
This footer should only show up on the first page then, and your margins
and everything should be reset to default for pages after the section
break, which should be all body pages.

This may sound confusing, but if you step through it, you'll find it's
actually pretty straightforward and I just do a poor job of explaining
it :) I know I've found the continuous section break to really allow
quite a bit of flexibility in document formatting.
