crash when adding footnote

Hello,

My page size is 5.5" by 8.5". Margins top: 07 and 0.915, Header-Footer 0.5
each.

When I add a footer note Abiword shows an error message:

Abiword.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. For more detailed info about error click here. I tried this but
did not understand it.

I used Abiword 2.4, then tried 2.5.2 same problem.

Would appreciate any help.
