Printing

I am running AbiWord 2.4.6 under Linux Fedora 8 with Gnome 2.20 using
CUPS 1.3.3-3. I am having trouble printing from AbiWord.

(1) The default printer is not selected. The printers configured under
CUPS appear, with the addition of PDF document and generic postscript
(selected).

(2) I want to print a DL size envelope, which must be fed into the printer
short edge first so that the address text must be rotated through 90
degrees. I have tried every setting that I can find, but I can not do
this.

(3) I want to print more than one page on a single sheet of paper. The
dialogue indicates that this can be done, but bot print-preview and the
actual print shows each page on a separate sheet of paper.

Can this be done, or is something incorrectly configured? Normal printing,
one or more single sheets works fine.
