Unable to flush all Mac Abiword config files

Greetings:

I want to start-up Mac Abiword in a totally pristine state as when I
first launched it but am unable to do so even after yankling every
abiword plist files; it still renders a formatting bar alone by itself
as I first configured it long ago.

Also, how can a non-programmer help out in the Mac AbiWord effort?
