Please alert list manager

I apologize to all members for sending this to the list. I have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe from this list, scrupulously following the instructions that appear at the bottom of each message, but without success. I have emailed the list manager repeatedly, but have not received a reply. Now I have started to receive messages that indicate that there might be problems with the list itself, e.g.

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <abiword-user-request@abisource.com>
    (reason: 550 5.7.1 <abiword-user-request@abisource.com>... Relaying denied)

I am not a novice; I am a computer professional with many years experience of joining and leaving dozens of lists. I have not experienced this difficulty before.

Please can someone alert whoever is ultimately in charge of this list that there is a problem?
