Not currently, no. The current XMPP backend uses the 'loudmouth'
library, which in turn requires a glib-main loop, which we don't have on
win32.

Unless someone can point me to a workable solution, I don't see this
backend working on Windows anytime soon.

PS. The XMPP backend could use some love as well. For example, it
doesn't fetch the buddies from any of your contact lists yet.
