I decided to separate this topic from my previous thread "Zoom, Shortcut
keys, Icons, Font list" for more clarity and easyness to search
The font list menu is huge. How to restrict it ?

Thanks but I am using GNU/Linux. I can edit abiword.profile also but
don't know how.
This is the relevant part:
<Fonts include="0">
<!--
Here you can put a list of fonts to limit the fonts that appear
in the font UI:
<face name="some face"/>
The include attribute of 'Fonts' controls the significance of
the list:
include="1" - limit fonts to those listed
include="0" - exclude the listed fonts from the system font list
-->
</Fonts>
So, I edited the file AbiWord.Profile like this
<Fonts include="1">
<DejaVu Sans="DejaVu Sans"/>
</Fonts>
Saved it, restarted AbiWord but it has no effect and AbiWord.Profile is
overwritten. !!!
Idea, anyone ?
