Changing geometry

Hello,

Abiword opens as 800x600 default. I go and change the geometry in /home/.Abisite/abiword.profile to 1680x1050. Fine. But each time, I restart the app, it resets itself to the tiny 800x600 default. Is there a way to make the change final, because it drives me crazy.
