Landscape+Envelope Printing Problems

Hi,

Are there any recommendations that anyone has for printing issues when using Landscape or custom page sizes such as envelopes. We're using abiword extensively with some of our applications and it's working great for standard portrait documents, but we have many problems whenever we try to print anything in landscape or for envelopes. I checked the bugzilla site and there are several bugs reported with printing in landscape, etc.

BTW we are using Windows, but I have also tried printing the same documents in Linux and have had similar results. We're using Abiword 2.6.

Any help would be appreciated, if someone is available and has the skills necessary, I may also be able to arrange a small contract to get these issues resolved.
