Equation editor, 2.6.6 windows

I noticed that a previous poster was having trouble getting the equation
editor to work, and when he said he didn't see it in the plugin list he
was told to reinstall it.

However, I know the plugin is installed on my machine but it won't load.
It just silently doesn't load when you start Abiword; if you try to load
it with the plugin manager it says "Could not activate/load plugin". I
imagine the previous poster had the same problem.

Perhaps there was some kind of build error on the 2.6.6 tools plugin
package?
