Format -> Bullets and Numbering Won't reopen

Hi -

In trying to experiment with the "Text Folding" feature just described,
I was able to open the Bullets and Numbering dialog once, but after
closing it the first time, it won't open again. Nothing happens when I
choose it from the menu. If I close Abiword and reopen it, I can launch
the B&N dialog once more, but just one time. I know I'm a bit behind in
updates - has this already been addressed?
