martin, did you read or just answer first? i know what a bug
tracker is, thanks for explaining that to me. but: there are other bug
trackers that do the same job and treat users better. why not think
about it. i clearly explained why i will not use bugzilla. your
(friendly) introduction to bug trackers did not change the problem.
