Customizing keyboard bindings

I want to customize my keyboard bindings for Abiword, not for emacs or
vi, but just for my own desire to set them myself.
I want to use the file, ExampleBinding, to get started, but I have no
idea where to put it or where to insert the code.

Does it go in the preferences file? Somewhere else?

I am a noobie so the more explicit the instructions, the better off
I'll be. Thanks.
