Problems with point size/leading

In my copy of AbiWord 0.7.6, the default setting is for Times New Roman at
10 point.

If I Select All and globally change the size to, say, 12 pt, often AbiWord
will not change the size of blank lines. In other words, if there's type on
a line, it'll change it to 12 pt. But if a line is simply a return, it
remains at 10 pt.

Has anyone else noticed this?
