Re: PATCH - style combo (gtk)

Updated patch which takes into account the issues pointed out by Dom.
+ No use of PD_Style in EV_UnixToolbar (moved to
AP_UnixToolbar_StyleCombo where it has also been used before)
+ Don't hardcode list of style names which should be shown by default.
All styles except list styles are shown.
