There's a simple way to see if glib (in the version I use) works on
Win9x. Somebody should try the import/export plugins (preferably) or
the math plugin (which I am fairly certain works) on Win9x. The DLL
itself is not terribly large, maybe 200-500k or so (I can't recall
exactly offhand).

I'd be very careful when considering reducing support for Win9x, however.
