In IE6 on Windows XP, the right scroll bar appears about 150px indented
from the right side of the page when the width is greater than 1280 px.
That's the only glaring issue I see.
The nav doesn't stay fixed when scrolling in IE, but it's a lesser
browser and having the NAV scroll up is an acceptable degrade.
