That is what I was seeing and caused my knee-jerk anti-frames comment.
It does go away after a while for some unknown reason.

The flaw is also noticable on the screenshots page but if the site is to
be revamped perhaps we could have a nicely thumbnailed screenshots
gallery? Can we use the Wiki for something like that and if we can would
we want to?
