This is an important consideration: I haven't used Visual Studio myself,
but I know that Sum1 used (uses?) it frequently, and perhaps he'd be
able to offer some comment on this. As of right now, an issue with
autoheader (it doesn't appear to do anything, just hangs) is preventing
a win32 build with the libabiword-builder, so I'm proceeding with the
diving make system for now.
