Breton translation and hunspell dictionary

Hello,
I completed the breton translation of Abiword 2.9 (Chris pushed it to 2.8,
thanks a lot).
Is it possible to include it ?

And what is the way to have an Hunspell dictionary included ?
The Drouizig team maintains a breton dico already used for the Mozilla products
and for LibreOffice.
