Why would we need to include it? User can use any dictionaries (s)he want, in hunspell format via Enchant already. It's much better when user support one copy of dictionary by himself, instead of installing separate, different, or possibly outdated dictionaries, like Chrome, Thunderbird, ŁO/OO.o do currently.
