I downloaded last week Abiword. Loading from e.g. Word-documents is very
easy and works perfect, but typing a new text in Abiword doesn't work quite
well: I only receive XXXX's when I try to type.

I tried with many sorts of fonts but still only X-es. Who knows the solution ?

Change Languages I also tried. In the FAQ they mention to use
AbiWord.profile, but that file was NOT included in my downloaded AbiWord
0.7.8.
