AbiWord still doesn't work with non-iso-8859-1 character sets correctly.
We currently have a few developers interested in increasing AbiWord's
flexibility here, and helping to get more people involved is the quickest
path toward getting a good implementation here.

On Windows, this file is in c:\windows\AbiSuite
On Linux, the file is in ~/.AbiSuite. (Note the period)
