What if the first page of the document is not meant to be page 1 (for
example, including a title page, or pre-document explanation (usually
labeled i, ii, iii, iv, etc.). There is also the case where pages are
numbered only within a section, so you would have pages 1-1 to 1-n, then 2-1
to 2-n.
