MandrakeFolk have my abi2 (and abi1) mdk specs there somewhere probably,
though afaict they arent accepted in cooker (for lack of dev time to
grind it). I dont remember who is left there but if tvignaud is still
around, you might ask there, or perhaps it's buried in fcrozat's old
boxes or someplace.
The specs are very simple, and do a basic build with wv and all
buildable plugins for which the dependancies seem to be satisfied in
mandrake (cooker, of course).
I'm unable to look for myself, unfortunately, but if you end up having
to recreate or start over with the specs, rest assured that abiword2 and
wv these days is much less complex to build. If you have trouble feel
free to contact me (in private or via list, whatever suits you).
