Switching styles

    Is there a way to switch quickly from one style to another in AbiWord? I
    want to use the numbered headings to create outlines, but using the
    mouse to change styles is slow.

    Does AbiWord have the ability to assign keystrokes to simple macros?
    What are AbiWord's macro capabilities?
