Hello All,
I am new to the list, but tried to read all threads related to the
above issue in the archives before I decided to post this question. I
have noted that others asked several times in the past. At the same
time I could not find the resolution of my problem.
I compiled on XP and currently am testing Abiword (downloaded from the
abisource.com) few weeks ago (version 2.2.9). My problem is to create
a hash file for a new language. This is what I could do:
-created hashfile for an old version of ispell (3.1.20) downloaded
executable for win32 from somewhere over the net. With the buildhash
included there, I could create hashfile that can be read the ispell
(but not Abiwird).
-as per hints from a response in the archives, I downloaded the source
of the latest version of ispell (3.3.02), built on DGJPP; and with
that buildhash created a new hashfiles. The problem equally remains:
the ispell can use its just created hashfile, but Abiword cannot do
teh same. It complains that "m_hashheader.magic2 != MAGIC".
Can someone please provide me a hint.
Sincerely, Jama.
