just my $0.02 here -
There are co$tly programs that will do this for you, but..
Easiest, I think, If I get this right [pages folded, saddle stitched?]
you will need to hand assemble the pages, and print both sided. It's a
bit time comsuming, but you can do it. Get 19 or 20 sheets, and put
them together and staple. . Start at the front, and label each right
side page as F1, F3, F5...F19, then do the same for the left side pages,
B2, B4, B6...B18.
Now, take them apart and note the way the pages will be assembled.
Print or save to a file each page of your whole document, and make a
master document for printing [don't forget hard page breaks]. It's a
bit easier if you put somewhere on the pages during trial and error, a
unique page identifier, like **QQF1, or something, if your pages are not
numbered [you can always delete it later].
This will probably take less than 2 hours in real time to assemble and
test print the 1st time you try it.. Your Milage May Vary.
Good luck/skill
